HOW TO INSTALL & FORMAT NEW HARD DRIVE IN SONY PS3 SYSTEM?

PS3 PLAYSTATION 3 SETUP SERVICE GUIDE TO INSTALL AND FORMAT SATA 250GB HD HARD DRIVE
1- go into system settings to backup data to usb memory stick
2- unplug ps3 and open ps3 hard drive panel to swap hard drives
3-then on the pc go to-( us.playstation.com/support )-to download- ps3 update firmware to usb memory stick
4-plug the usb memory stick in the ps3 then turn on ps3 with the ps3 controller plug in usb port
5-then follow the setup wizard on screen
6-go into system settings again to restore your old data
7.restore psn account by putting in user name & password  to get old download history back
8.GO INTO ACCOUNT HISTORY TO FIND YOUR OLD DOWNLOADABLES
